That is very similar to my daily dose and the supplements. I had Covid...tested + in 12-20. It was the last time I have been sick with anything. I have gone through chemo and other treatments, avoided the vaxx and I have had zero colds, flu’s, sinus infections, earaches or kidney infections. Amazing, what the right diet and choices can do.
Thst is explains it exactly. Nothing rational about it. I have all the conditions that would normally make me its ideal victim. I somehow avoided it as did my wife. And we didn’t cower under a rock.
