Does this mean that the DC case is dead...or at least delayed?

Which means “sonofab***h” related to the Ukraine still leaves Biden exposed. But probably protects Obama re: drone striking American citizens.

How much does this mean that partisan radical judges can pick and choose for themselves which ‘acts’ are “official”?
The issue of a president demanding answers about an election in which he is also a candidate for reelection is one which is difficult to split his official duties from his private interest as a candidate. Even a partisan Rat judge will have a problem doing that in a way that can't be appealed prior to trial.

Because the ruling comes from SCOTUS, any act ruled ‘unofficial’ in an inferior court can be appealed to SCOTUS.. is how I read it...

Does this mean that the DC case is dead...or at least delayed? According to Fox News legal experts, perhaps dead, but at least delayed a long time.

We just keep winning ! My gosh, we are going to get so sick of winning! Hahhhh.

I finished reading most of Justice Thomas’s concurring opinion.
Thomas writes:
“””I write separately to highlight another way in which this
prosecution may violate our constitutional structure. In
this case, the Attorney General purported to appoint a private citizen as Special Counsel to prosecute a former President on behalf of the United States. But, I am not sure that
any office for the Special Counsel has been “established by
Law,” as the Constitution requires. Art. II, §2, cl. 2. By requiring that Congress create federal offices “by Law,” the
Constitution imposes an important check against the President—he cannot create offices at his pleasure.”””
The next steps for the Trump Team is to take Jack Smith to court and force a decision as to whether Smith had a legal right to indict Trump.

The U.S. Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision along ideological lines..Hold the Bus!
Spineless chief justice roberts claims there is no political bias in judicial system.

Good find... Jack Smith’s removal should come hot on this ruling...

Technically no, it would be discretionary review by certiorari, not appeal. SCOTUS did not retain jurisdiction.

It will NEVER stop the Lawfare; to tie up Cases in Courts with "friendly" Judges, and drain the $$$$ from Election opponents.
UNTIL the USSC Rules that interfering with Elections via Lawfare is Un-Constitutional, on its face, Marc Elias, will rake in millions with frivolous Cases to promote Election Fraud, as he is right now....
