If they are looking for someone more energetic and alert than SloJoe, my recommendation would be Jimmy Carter. Former president, international experience in both Latin America (gave away the Panama Canal) and Mideast (gave us the Iran hostage crisis.) And he won’t have his old army of buffoons.
