The only part of Maxwell’s background that is somewhat verified is his role in securing the purchase of the Czech junk heaps. The rest is mostly surmise and innuendo, a part of which secured him a libel judgment against the party making the allegations. And the idea that his party girl daughter and her dissolute hedge fund paramour were somehow involved with some Jewish conspiracy has the stink of blood libel.

I’m a supporter of Israel, but it’s just plain silly to scream “anti-Semitism” and “blood libel” at the hypothesis that Jeff Epstein may have been running an Israeli-affiliated honeytrap operation. Stories like the one below can’t simply be shrugged off...
