Holy smokes. The guy was beaten down and totally unconscious and the green hair assailant repeatedly kicked him in the head and face. Walked out the door but came back in to kick that unconscious defenseless man him a few more times in the face and head.
The green hair man is a menace and should be charged with attempted murder.

That right there is a textbook case for the use of deadly force.... Too bad that in NYC anyone who intervened is liable to spend much more time in jail than Mr. Greenhair.
