Second, Garland has allowed Special Counsel Jack Smith to maintain positions that seem diametrically at odds with past Justice Department policies.

Their supposed "policies" have little resemblance to their actions.

And McConnel did right for the country by blocking Garland.

And when the Democrats later had an actual opportunity to put Garland on the USSC, they kicked him to the curb and went with a DEI hire.

Merrick Garland was involved with the coverup of the Oklahoma bombing. He still is protecting the Clintons.

Someone thought it was a good idea to confirm as AG a man whose Supreme Court bid was snubbed by Republicans. No one considered that Garland would seek revenge.

Wouldn’t it be ironic (great) if a bunch of people protested in front of his house? Add cheeseburger pattie Chuckie Cheese Shewoutofheremer to the list. Unfortunately, that commie list has too many leftists on it that would occupy an inordinate amount of time to protest at their houses.

Turley, the man has a summa from Harvard. That is a gilt edged certificat that the man is intellectually and morally bankrupt and will be a good servant of the powers that employ him for evil, never questioning the rightness of his causes.

Indicting a man Turley's age, 63, for the crimes of the present-day, woke Harvard is akin to making all present-day whites culpable for Jim Crow.

One of Trump's frequent defenders is the old-school liberal Democrat Alan Dershowitz, who taught at Harvard Law for decades until 2013. But he retains an ability to look at the law and not the politics of the defendant.

While I'll give ypu that Harvard Law was an early leader in the shift from constitution-based law instruction to the "abomination" of win-at-all-costs case law instruction, Mr. Turley's Juris Doctor degree, according to Wikipedia, is from Northwestern University School of Law, '87. That was well before woke and DEI. Undergrad: University of Chicago. He has taught at George Washington University and Tulane. No Harvard is mentioned in his Wiki bio.

Oops. I now see that you were as if addressing Turley about Garland’s summa from Harvard, and not describing Turley as the man from Harvard. One of the problems of “tone of voice” not coming across in writing. So never mind.

That same “gilt edged certificate” is doled out at most “Ivy League” Universities.
Those traits listed fit the Communist Party’s requirements, precisely!

A reply to another FR post about FIB:

Is any FBI goon really willing to take a bullet and end up having someone else raising his kids and banging his wife? I doubt that very much.
