A water park is an actual park with paid access and rides and stuff.

A splash pad is a large concrete pad in the middle of your local park that has a couple fountains spraying water around. No rides, and most of the ones I've seen don't even have standing water/pooled areas at all.

I live in her district. I have never voted for her, but that doesn’t mean that my vote hasn’t gone to her.
