They are afraid of him, and cannot read his moods. They have all of the symptoms of a form of insanity. These are supposed to be pets, not attack dogs. Dogs like police animals, are trained well, but even they need to respect their owner/handler. Mr Biden, is a disgrace as a dog owner, Father, Brother, Husband, President and human being. Not to judge his soul, but his seems to be shading towards Gomorrah
Dogs should have been removed after the first bite. So this tells me that Biden could not be reasoned with due to his dementia.
I know it works when you put it in hotdogs to get rid of a dog that attacks your pets.
