It's all about trusting that people will vote according to the agreement, since it is impossible to know how someone actually voted and there is no legal remedy if one party didn't vote as agreed. It should be done because Biden can't win without certain Blue States that Trump has no chance of winning, due to the systemic fraud alone, but Trump and RFK, Jr. can conspire to end the Biden presidency.
