The Supreme Court has ruled that the seating of a biased juror can violate the constitutional right to an impartial jury. It has stopped short, however, of holding that the violation is so stark as to constitute a “structural error” requiring automatic reversal under the Sixth Amendment, and state courts are divided over whether it rises to that level.
I’m hearing it was debunked. It was a prank. All of a sudden, I don’t see it anywhere nobody’s talking about it anymore so I’m figuring it was a troll post. Has anybody seen it or heard anything of late?
Just went to Laura Loomer’s Twitter page and she has an excellent write up of this situation. It’s not a hoax she can back it up by logical explaining the order of what is going on. A must read! Again, this is not a hoax. The media is doing a psych warfare against the American people to believe that the FB post was a hoax, but it’s not. No freaking judge would put out a letter and sending it to Trump lawyers if it was a hoax or a joke. He alone knows the jury names who sat there and this specific person connection with that particular juror. So again we need to keep emphasizing and reposting over that this is something that happened on Facebook. I hope Jim does not sweep it under the rug.
One look at the guy and you can clearly see he’s a mental patient I doubt he knows any juror but question it took people five seconds here to figure it out how come the ny Supreme Court didn’t see it
It is stupid to act like any of the machinations of a kangaroo court have any basis in fact or precedence.
Anyone reading his your comments on this thread might well reach that conclusion.
