It is patently obvious Biden is suffering from advanced dementia. He is confused and prone to angry outbursts especially when his handlers have juiced him up with stimlants. Biden belongs in memory care not the White House

Who is running the White House? It is not Biden. Obama’s prior staff are imbeded in the White House today. They know Biden will be a loser and probably want him gone. Biden’s wife seems to cling to the power of the presidency via her incoherent husband, Joe. I would suspect there is a great power struggle in the White House today between Jill Biden and the staff.
However, the most important question is who really is charge of going to nuclear war. Pray that it is not Joe Biden.
