Any idea what has happened with the mistrial possibility in NY? This is about the poster who stated on Facebook that his cousin was a juror and let him know they were going to find Trump guilty.
If they put President Trump in jail, can you imagine the poll numbers? The size of the landslide? Could you roll three landslides into one election? Money??? Surely they know by now how disastrous this would be for them.
I haven’t heard any more about that, from either side.
Just like so many other things that come up ... we think will happen ... then, they disappear.
But, I don’t think the Trump Team ever put much stock into this one.
Local police? With the woke leadership in Philly law enforcement, you’d need the 82nd Airborne Division to keep the peace. Maybe that’s the image Trump wants.
I don’t see the big deal with this...18-25 yr old males registering for the draft has been mandatory for decades now. I had to do it back in 1982, and I was already in the USMC by that point. All this means is that you don’t have to fill out a form and send it in anymore, its automatic once you turn 18.

Were you automatically signed up, or, did you comply, and, send in that form, on your own volition?

That’s not correct. It was always mandatory since 1980. Not sure where they’re getting the “optional” stuff from. Just because they may not have enforced it, doesn’t make it “optional”.
