Appeals exist to correct errors, not to address judicial misconduct. The amount of pages required to address all of the wrong decisions of this judge is enormous. This is how or legal system really works. The judge decided the result he wanted, and then shaped all of his decisions to support it. In a properly functioning common law judiciary, a prerogative writ would have issued to remove this guy from this case. It didn’t happen.
Foolish. Florida has tightened its election process. When a governor goes from a squeaky win to a 20 point win. You know they got rid of the corruption.
