"Reagan got rolled with this amnesty. His worst mistake in office."

and he told us it was "one time only".

“Reagan got rolled with this amnesty. His worst mistake in office.”

Agreed. He should have applied “Trust But Verify” to the domestic soviets in the house and senate.

The best fix for the problem is full implementation of 1954’s Operation Wetback.

This author’s sentiments are in the context of entirely different statistics and circumstances than we have today. The left always trots out the self-pitying identification with oppression to justify law-breaking behaviors because “poor me” and “my dad/mom/sibling was just turning his/her life around.”

What we have now most certainly IS an invasion. Back then, you did not have the UN, Soros, NGOs, BigTech, various radical “churches”, and parts of the US government facilitating an internationally-directed, politically-motivated revolutionary incursion.
