All attacks against military targets in Russia were with Ukrainian made drones.

Although the Ukrs can use and have used American made HIMARS and ACTAMS to hit Russian bases inside occupied Crimea and Donbass.

The US has forbidden Ukr to use them to hit military targets inside Russia proper.

Try to keep up.
