Democrats always do what they can to obstruct justice in their favor. They are all about corrupting everything. And Durban should now be charged with obstructing justice as the democrats would not think twice about doing that if it was the other way around.
My big hope is that Alito does not cower down to their demands claiming that he is some how doing the right thing. The democrats so often get their way just by making a fuss. Alito is not a man if he backs down. The court already has two liberals that were installed by Trump. What more advantage do they need? If they get rid of Alito then the decisions will be a shoe in for them. And that is their plan.

The chief Justice has no authority to disqualify an associate justice. Recusal is based on the honor system.
