I would like to figure a way for Police Officers to work for and with the Law Abiding Citizens and Constitution, more directly and locally, and reduce the POLITICAL control that politicians have over them.

I would like to see Police be Constitutionally mandated Peace Officers like Sheriffs and Marshalls, and Constitutionally Trained.

I believe we could improve conditions for Law Enforcement Peace Officers and Law Abiding Citizens at the same time.

Pick the Best, train 'em Constitutionally and properly, pay and support them well, treat and deploy them fairly, and demand Professionalism.
