Yes. This is what it is all about. Setting the table to condition people to accept the idea of debt forgiveness. It is a crucial part of The Great Reset.
Dear House of Reparations,
Please do NOT give this crazy man the money.
Regards
It would be up to Biden’s DOJ to do anything about it. What can SCOTUS do as this lawless administration makes their own rules? Send their law clerks after Joe?
Are you catching on yet as to what has already happened?
You make a good point. If debt can just be canceled by declaration, then you should be able to apply the same theory to the national debt.
I know people who had their loans paid off last year. All women or gay males in their 40s (some 30s) who work in marketing for a nonprofit.
Isn’t Biden’s actions discriminatory?
The Great Plundering continues apace.
Curiously, the victims are as powerless the put a stop to it as all mass victims seem to be.
The Big Lie Remains Irresistable.
Next: cancel medical bills for “special” people, cancel credit card debt, mortgages, etc...for “special” people. How much more of this can/should we take.
When is the USSC going to stop this blatant action by Biden???

The SCOTUS has already ruled on this issue. The judicial branch has done all they can do. It’s up to the legislative branch to impeach. But they won’t do it for two reasons: 1) They might not get enough votes in the House (and they certainly won’t convict in the Senate), and 2) While Republicans might oppose the forgiveness in principle, they are waaayyyyy to cowardly to take an aggressive stand against it. They don’t want to risk losing votes. Ain’t Representative Government grand! /s
Our collective debts are never going to be repaid. Face it.
The whole rotten consumer credit system is either going to undergo controlled demolition or chaotic collapse, it is the practice of adding these never-to-be-repaid debts to GDP as assets to the usurers that has so grossly overstated US GDP compared to countries with controlled money supplies.
It's sad that our great carnival of usury and excess is coming to an end (as it always does), but (read your Bible) unregulated moneylending has to be controlled by the ruler OR you wind up with $90,000 colleges, $80,000 golf carts, buildings worth 5 cents on the dollar and all the rest - and if you think America's children will become indentured servants to Larry Fink, Salim Ramji, and David Solomon because debts are inviolable - think again.
Oh, yeah - and prepare for the Day After.
Well, first some one has to file suit over this against the Biden Administration. So far no meaningful action from the GOP. The court only struck down blanket forgiveness under executive order. Unfortunately Team Biden has used every twist, turn, and loophole in the existing law to do this while at best Republicans whine about it.
‘Blatant election rigging on top of allowing millions of illegal potential voters to enter the country. And the silence of Republicans continiues.”
.
There are fewer and fewer of us to object.
This is messing around with contract law.
A loan is a contract between the borrower and the lender.
If a President can void contracts willy nilly, they he can void other contracts as well.
Home loans, car loans, construction loans?
If the president decided to, he can cancel contracts?
Hello banks and other lenders, you better be paying attention here.
How do they choose who gets the money? Do you have to be a registered Democrat. It’s so outrageous that I can’t believe we are talking about happening.
