I don’t care... It takes less than 7 minutes to fill my car up with good ole’ gas.
It seems to me if EV technology is much improved, companies would up the warranty duration.
And no one cares that you don’t care but you are talking about something you don’t know anything about and that makes you wrong regardless. Argue from a point of fact like a grown up don’t be like a lefty and repeat falsehoods to further an agenda. We get it you don’t like EVs and again no one cares.
I own a slew of vehicles because I’m not a poor. Two trucks, a rally car that’s not street legal. A luxury sedan , a EV luxury sedan, two street motorcycles , a side by side and a couple of dirt bikes. Plus a boat and a private aircraft to round out the stable. I never said EVs are the only answer they are the near ideal commuter car by economics alone and the fact that you,me and no one else can or does have a oil well in the back 40 with a functional refinery for that 7 min gas. I do have a huge solar system that is off grid if I want it to be. I will never be without power nor will I ever worry about charging my EV it’s 345 miles of freedom that no one can turn off the pumps for and that is priceless. It amazes me that so called conservatives don’t see this simple truth.
The best warranty on a ICE car in the USA is from Hyundai Kia it’s 10 years or 100000 miles which ever comes first. Tesla gives a 8 year or 120,000 mile battery warranty. The big three Ford, GM nor Dodge give 10/100Ks they are all 60k or less. Standard warranties. Kia is always 10/100 and every Tesla other than the base 25k model 3 has an 8/120. Personally I have never kept a car past 4 years let alone 8 so it’s moot. Even on a five year note for suckers there would still be 3 years left. Why people finance cars is beyond me it’s a depreciating asset the day you drive it off the lot. Save the money up front in an investment instrument make it earn you money then cash it out pay the cash price on a 1 year old vehicle with under 20,000 miles and let some other sucker pay the drive off depreciation.
WTF????
Why the attack? What the hell is wrong with you? Is this your first time on a forum? What a jerk!!!~ GTH
My current car is ~15 years old. I haven’t had any big repair bills. I had an all wheel drive fluid pump fail during a polar vortex about 5 years ago. Fortunately, there was a hidden warranty that covered the repair. My big expense has been insuring it.
