And what's this about Cohen getting a bonus? He wasn't an employee as far as I could tell; he was an external service provider who invoiced his client for services rendered. Where is this notion of a "bonus" coming from?

A bonus is a gift, what he did was theft plain and simple. Sick and tired of people feeling entitled. We had our employees get upset because their “bonus” was lower than expected. It is understandable but it is in fact a gift. Perhaps no gift should be in order for those malcontents.
