No he’s saying they can’t use EV’s. Because they have no way to charge them.
Many homeowners are willing to pay for the installation of upgraded electric service to their garage and an EV charger.
Most apartments will not allow you do this even if you want to. Plus anyone with low enough income to qualify can not afford the upgraded electric plus the charger.
Hilarious and shocking, because it really could happen with these EVs!
