There used to be a GPS app that would avoid high crime areas. Of course it got yanked from the app stores because this had the effect of avoiding black neighborhoods. This was deemed RACISS!

From the Rumble video it sounded like a fire-fight. The causality rate says it was the gang that can’t shoot straight.
An old friend who was a small arms instructor said it’s almost impossible to teach them to shoot.
