Exactly. I did my 20, and collect a military pension. I’m at 18 years civil service and will retire in the next few years as a double dipper. My wife is retiring this year after 22 years. Triple dipping. It is not that uncommon. Don’t get mad at the people who played by the rules. It’s earned.

I agree, unless there is some allegation of malfeasance on these guys getting their pensions this isn’t a CONTROVERSY and they have done nothing wrong.

You don’t like the fact someone has followed the rules and gotten their reward for doing so, then you should work to change the rules, not be mad at the people who followed them.
