Nice. I was kind of hoping something like this would happen after I heard McAfee’s decision. Not to defend his decision, but maybe he read the tea leaves and concluded that his more conciliatory opinion would end up leading to the same outcome as an outright dismissal would have. Who knows. We’ll have to see what happens.

I never have believed Wade or Willis had anything to do with the lawfare involved in this case. They are/were just the “local face” which the media could trot out.
