Where have I heard about this before? Was it Jackson, Mississippi? Now what do Jackson and Johannesburg have in common? What could it be? Inquiring minds want to know but what good would it do them anyway?

What other once thriving white run cities can you think of that failed and why do you think that happened? I have worked and lived in Lagos and Luanda. Both were once relatively nice cities. Certainly not now. I wonder what happened to them?

The way it was explained to me by another Freeper with family there is that even if they want to leave they are restricted from exodus by some sort of ill-conceived lottery system.
