The fact we are even discussing this, is proof our justice system is dead. This won’t end well.
Well, we’ll know by Friday.
This far the entire arc of mcafee’s career seems to have been as a conservative litigator. Changing spots now would repudiate his entire direction to date plus it would identify him as a made man open to the highest bidder. Not so likely then?
Kemp signed the DA review commission fix bill into law. Could this have been a signal to mcafee to unload on Willis and co.? Maybe mcafee has the courage (euphemism) to recommend that Willis be referred to the commission.
I wonder if Wade’s billings of time/days worked were EVER cross checked against all the trips those 2 were taking.
Wade also billed one day at 24 HOURS-—Fani approved it & paid it.
BTTT
it’s probably one of those “offers you can’t refuse” thingies
I’m betting that she’ll be reprimanded for her behavior but allowed to remain on the case.
The case is tainted.

Man with the power to heal people’s mortal wounds in X Files, Season 4, Ep.24 “Talitha Cumi”: “So I’m supposed to trust in your ineffective system of justice?”
He could take the angle of just dropping the case against Trump or ruling that it must be moved out of Fulton County. It’s less of a direct hit against Fani Willis and gets the same results, if he wants to weasel out of it like that.
.
If I’m Judge McAfee I’m thinking- make the correct ruling and let the chips fall how they will. If he gets voted out of his office then so be it. If the voters of Fulton County want corrupted DA’s and compromised Judges then eff em. He can move out of Fulton County, go to another one and run for judge there. If he does the right ruling he will get elected in a more conservative leaning county anyway and do just fine career wise with integrity intact.
Another option for mcafee might be to delay the decision pending more hearings on the recent filings that dribbled in after hearing day 4. Of particular interest would be testimony from Cyndi Lee Yeager since she is a Cobb county DA and presumably her testimony would then be confirmed nferred with more gravitas. As it stands currently, Yeager’s posterior is left hanging over the edge of a conceptual legal cliff. If she is not heard from in court, and mcafee rules in favor of Willis, then Yeager becomes a “tainted” party and the personal damage spreads to DA offices beyond Fulton county. Imho this is almost unimaginable given mcafee’s background unless perhaps mcafee has been threatened by a very big stick. If however mcafee ignores Yeager’s offered testimony but rules against Willis then the damage to Yeager if any is presumably imho minimal.
Aside from the fact that the judge worked for this arrogant, loud mouthed DEI parasite

In which case, he might be thrilled to be in the position to mete out just desserts to a person who must be the Worst Boss In The World.
We’ll see...
I’ve watched just about every minute of these hearings. You would think this would be a slam dunk for the defense, but we’re here holding our breath about it.
Hey, every one of the cases against Trump should have been thrown out, but the funny thing is had they been thrown out, I doubt that Trump would be as popular now as he is. Think about that.
I have almost zero faith in our judicial system. Sad to say, I have no faith in our voting system, and this depresses me.
I have always thought that above alll things, the American voting system is the gold standard for the world. It’s not.
Look at CAlifornia. They’re still counting votes? How can this be?
Merchant was asked by the ethics committee to explain why Willis and Wade should be off the case. Her answer, because Wade was appointed improperly and therefore his case before the grand jury is tainted and should be illegal.
So?
What other reason?
Alot of appearance of impropriety, but not no smoking gun.
“I have almost zero faith in our judicial system.”
A few years ago I had jury duty, I was pissed that I got called in so my thought was to tell the truth. Why am I here and Hillary is not on trial and in jail she is obviously guilty. Different law for different people?
I didn’t want to be held in contempt so I kept my trap shut.
RE: Look at CAlifornia. They’re still counting votes? How can this be?
Please fill me in on this. What election are we talking about here?
Put that excuse on our tombstone.
Here' lies the USA, whose Judges were too scared to do the right thing.
