It sounds like this was a judge for hire. All bought and paid for with a neat little bow on top.
My hope is all of these corrupt judges are exposed, charge with the appropriate corruption charges, and end up where they belong for many decades. Corrupt judges undermines the entire system. The rule of law is worthless when these miscreants exist on the bench.

Agree they know how to abuse the law for an agenda for friends who pay back very well.
He’s posted a 91 million dollar bond on the case.

No. It would just mean that the plaintiff would be able to begin enforcing the judgment — seizing Trump’s bank accounts, putting his buildings up for auction, etc. — immediately, without waiting for the results of the appeal. See my post #30 in this thread.
This question is moot now in Carroll’s two cases. Trump has bonded both appeals.
It’s still a live question as to the big fraud judgment against Trump in the action brought by the NY Attorney General. Trump still has time to bond that appeal, but he doesn’t have forever. The danger to Trump is that enforcement proceedings could begin later this month unless he comes up with a bond. (He could just deposit the cash with the court, but even Trump doesn’t have nearly half a billion lying around.)

A few years ago I was in the Hospital for a few days. While I was in Hospital the Toilet was running and the water bill was running up, and up. When I got out of the hospital, I went to pay bills and found a $600 water bill. I called them and they refused to do anything about adjustment on the bill. Having worked in the Water Department for several Systems and at them when that kinda situation happened the We would adjust the bill to help them out.
So when they refused several times I went to the Bank and got $600.00+ In Pennies and went to the Water Department and rolled a hand truck stacked up with Pennies through the door and told the young lady that I was here to pay My Water Bill.
They’re criminals, thieves, and traitors to the nation. If we had real justice in this country they would be removed from office, disbarred and tried for treason.
Think of the ramifications of this caseL Any woman can now accuse any guy she wants of rape without a shred of evidence and completely destroy him financially, AND this can be done to also harm a political opponent in a political race. These are not Americans, they are domestic enemies who are harming the constitution and the military needs to honor the oath of enlistment and take these enemies into custody.
