She tries to act so smart——did she ever consider some of her activities would raise questions?
No autopsy,no foul! ;-)
At a glance (barring something unforeseen), Wade is in trouble re: his divorce in a couple of ways.
First, spending jointly-owned income on his mistress is a problem that might require recompense to his estranged wife.
Second, if Fani repaid Wade in cash, as she and he claimed, and he didn't deposit that cash repayment in the joint account (as he also claimed), it looks like he is hiding income from said wife.
I wonder if Wade will turn on Fani by declaring that Fani paid him $650,000 with the understanding that he would return some of that gigantic payment back to her (hence, for his divorce case, his "real" income would be much smaller).
And then withdraw his original testimony that Fani repaid him in cash. That would remove the possible claim by his wife's counsel that he was intentionally hiding income.
Of course, all that sure puts the onus (aka load) on Fani.
It’s a deluded Democrat thing-——once they get in office, they
sap-happily believe it all belongs to them.....even the tax dollars.
Biden is a perfect example of these Democrat delusions.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Georgie the Old Nazi and Barry Sombrero the Old Kenyan jump into this mess to bail out Fani’s Fanny and Romeo’s killer bank account.
Good explanation
Thanks!!
“How much can a divorce lawyer say about his client- even under oath?”
If he knew him as a friend and coworker for years before becoming his lawyer, a lot! Also, there is no attorney-client privilege for things like “I saw them kissing in a restaurant”. Or if Wade said, “I’m screwing the hell out of her” in a locker room with non-lawyers present.
