“Alexander Smirnov, the former FBI informant indicted for lying about President Joe Biden’s family and their alleged dealings in Ukraine”
Yeah, this clown was actually saying Biden and his family were taking BRIBES. So the valiant FBI quickly arrested him for lying!

It’s not double jeopardy YET because he’s not been tried yet, the case is still pending.
But still - what does the federal judge in Nevada have to say about being usurped?

The millions were laundered through the multiple shell companies. The DOJ knows this.
They will try to do this to us.

This is what happens when you become involved with the corrupt FBI/DOJ. They will scapegoat you in a heartbeat to save the skins of those they support. But even if I’m wrong their reputation for corruption has canceled their legitimacy in the eyes of most people.

Why do they not report his charge as “allegedly lying?”

I thought the sixth amendment required that "the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the
State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed."
Was he in Nevada or California?
Was the Nevada hearing the unconstitutional one or is the California hearing the unconstitutional one?

The issue claimed is whether or not it is THOSE millions, or different millions.
Maybe it was only 28 million, and not 40 million.

Smirnoff was charge because he said that a Burisma executive gave $5M to Hunter and $5M to Joe. According the the Reichsicherheitshauptamt FBI, that is a lie, so they arrested him for lying to them. Never mind that it is almost certainly true or that the FBI paid him to 'lie' to them.

We need to organize a modern underground railroad to help J6’ers, and other victims of DC escape to freedom.

“Charged with lying…”
THIS is a crime?? You get arrested for LYING???
I believe there are at LEAST 535 people in Washington DC alone, not to mention every single national “news” outlet “reporter” - who need to be arrested on the charge of “lying”.
We’ve gone full 3rd world/Banana
