For such a hot shot knowledgeable business man, why would he use the term “return payment”.....He couldn’t come up with “repaid loan?” Banking has a different meaning for “return payment” - like NSF!

So, Joe Biden is the reason, this crooked family business could exist, but, his brother wants everyone to believe, that Joe Biden, wasn't involved financially, and did his part for free, while everyone else made money. Sure he did.
