I don’t think it’s that simple. Demented individuals can have different severities in the same day. Biden in his current position is dangerous but he will never be punished in the current earthly reality. A sane and ethical person would have known that erasing our borders is wrong, but it may have been the sane but evil Biden who made that statement. Didn’t seem to be demented at that moment, but who knows what meds he is on. The damage is done either way.
