WAIT A MINUTE!!! Courts have ALWAYS struck down states from enforcing their own border shared with Mexico citing it is a federal function…I believe Biden just abdicated that responsibility stating they can no longer fund it. He just gave Texas and AZ the window of opportunity to fully enforce the border the take the Admin to court based on his verbal evidence.
