Bragg is lying
They have video tape evidence and eyewitness accounts of these gang members robbing and assaulting customers of a retail store and then they have video tape and eye witness testimony of the same gang members assaulting police officers who showed up not to arrest them, but just to tell the gangsters to leave the area and stop assaulting customers.
At least two of these eye witnesses were NYPD officers
There was also forensic evidence that the Bragg team refused to process
Just another case of New Yorkers getting the city government they voted and so richly deserve
