Don’t the CPAs produce these figure? If so, i hope they have good errors and omission insurance bc Trump will come after them for gross negligence.

You’re a clueless loser troll, and no, that isn’t what he did. But you’ve already proven you haven’t any critical thinking skills.

Society needs structure. Thus rules and guardrails. Is Engoron your example?
Before the trial had even started: In an order last September that’s currently under appeal, State Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron said Trump had indeed committed fraud and should have the state certificates needed to run many of his New York companies revoked. He said Trump should then be stripped of control over those companies, which are the official owners of his Fifth Avenue headquarters and other marquee properties, and have them turned over to a receiver who will manage the “dissolution” of them.

Most likely they feel themselves insulated through EGS and other payoffs.

Threatened with a shutdown without a showing of obvious victims and major losses.
No loopholes for the democrats to use the only tool they have is keep rigging the courts.

If you read his 35 page ruling, it’s pretty clear why he grated summary judgement. Engoron in his ruling wrote that James' office in its civil fraud suit "has prevailed on liability on its first cause of action ... as against all defendants." The judge added that if liability for fraud is established under New York law, that statute allows the attorney general to obtain an order enjoining defendants from continuing to do business or "any fraudulent or illegal acts."
Even after Engoron appointed an independent financial monitor for the Trump Organization last year, "defendants have continued to disseminate false and misleading information while conducting business," the judge wrote. "This ongoing flouting of this Court's prior order, combined with the persistent nature of the false [statements of financial condition] year after year, have demonstrated the necessity of canceling the [defendants' business] certificates ... as the statute provides," the judge wrote.
The organization while improving still misses the courts orders on financial records.

If this is what she wants then she needs to File Charges against every NYC Real Estate firm from the last 100 years. She is using the law as a hammer against one person and a firm because of politics and hatred. Everything this Judge is doing is reversible on Appeal and they will APPEAL.

You lie.
It’s clear in context if you see the whole thing.
Why are you spouting Leftist agitprop?

““Is he getting his just desserts because of the fraud, or because people don’t like him?””
Neither. He’s being persecuted because the FBI, CIA, NSA, EPA and the rest of the security state regard him as a threat to their power and money.
Whether he ever did anything bad is utterly irrelevant. If there was nothing, they would make it up. If there was something minor, they would turn it into treason.
The only thing relevant is their power and money.

For me the trumped up saga shows that republics eventually succumb to corruption and rule by an oligarchy.
The subtext is which group will stand under the waterfall of wealth that is the fUSA government contracting system.

I have seen the whole thing. He bragged about doing it. He more or less confirmed it in depositions.

Link to depositions?
What he said is they’d let you. Whether he’d actually done it is another question.

Summary judgment before trial. That makes us all feel a lot better. How is Liability "established" before the trial begins? If you are saying that NY has a law that doesn't make sense, you may may be on to something. I'm glad I don't live there, and glad I don't have to hope such a judge understands what used to be our legal system.
it’s pretty clear that he would fit in well in the Sondergeriche, where the party always triumphs.
