No, the SCOTUS only said it was a matter for legislatures, including Congress, not Federal Courts. This means Congress can pass laws allowing full term abortions, and those laws will override state laws.

A federal law cannot override a state law unless the federal is within the constitution. Abortion is not.

Joe, add an amendment to make a legal abortion retroactive to before your own birth and we will think about it.
