If airlines hire some applicants from black colleges, they don't necessarily hire all of them. Maybe some of the black graduates are brilliant.
Which graduates do the airlines and aircraft manufacturers hire? Which ones does the FAA hire? We need to know exactly how airlines' hiring practices work, but twitter and the airlines don't really want to explain that. Does the FAA use DEI?
This isn't anti-black - it's anti intentionally hiring people who are incompetent BECAUSE they're black. Lots of black citizens can be pilots and air controllers based on merit. Just NOT as many as WOKE idiots want...
