Detroit lost 325,095 people in 20 years. That’s A LOT of murders that went somewhere else.
Until LBJ stepped in to “help out” the city of Detroit, it was one of the most prosperous cities in the country.
Police Chief Craig encouraged concealed carry with a permit and self defense.
A lot of the change is associated with people being more willing to trust the police.
Reducing crime by enforcing the law? Who would have thought that up?
Honestly the reason it’s down is that everyone has moved out.
You can also do that by fudging the numbers, or getting someone to plea to a lesser charge than murder. It isn't murder unless you charge someone with actual murder. Nobody today ever does the time for the actual crime they've committed.
I guess it’s a start...
