Exporters is the operative word. The Saudis and the Russians are the largest. They have the leverage right now.
It will be interesting to see if BRICS affiliations have any impact on an organized production decision. Many of the world’s suppliers are now in or want to join BRICS

Putin and China want to work with various groupings in the world, such as BRICS and the SCO, which China is also a member of, to overturn the US-led world order...neither is letting any grass grow under their feet.
The Hamas attack on October 7 has been seen by some as part of that trend. hn we have Venezuela, an ally of Russia, Turkey and Iran, is also now preparing a war against Guyana, its neighbor.
So this Putin trip is important for him .... there are many uncertainties in the Middle East now but what we’re seeing is resulting from Obamas/Biden term that pushed Putin into the arms of China and Putins tours that followed as well as Zi’s.
I don’t think Putin has to force any “playing cards” the Middle East is quite willing to work with Putin... and China as well. ...and the Biden Crime Family is perfectly content to let it all happen while they rake in their corrupt millions before leaving office in 2024. ...they have nothing to loose.
