Actually, that school (always known as a garbage school) is mostly black and Hispanic, with a goodly dose of Asian. Very few whites. Very low stats academically, no surprise there. The teacher has enough years in to retire, but I’m hoping that she’s gonna sue the living heck out of the school, the Bored of Ed, etc. The horrible experience to which she was subjected should be made up to her, lavishly. What she does in her free time, asserting her First Amendment rights, is her right as an American. She never brought her personal politics into the classroom. She could have been seriously injured by these out of control animals. They did dox her personal address and phone and made threatening phone calls. This is way beyond “unruly students”. They should be expelled, and their welfare benefits should be terminated. All non-citizens should be immediately deported. Seeing that there are real consequences for their outrageous actions might make them think twice about doing stuff like that again. But that being NYC, I doubt that any consequences will be forthcoming.
