Release The Rat!
I wonder what her deal is.
She’s always been suspect in my mind for backing Enron criminals and, i her book, the crooked judge involved there who subsequently went after Trump baselessly.
The Kraken just eat Powell for breakfast.
Lawfare? Government loading up bogus charges making it very risky and expensive to defend. They also routinely flip witnesses and fabricate evidence.
She’s a top lawyer; they are really muscling her.
US legal system is one of the worst on the planet. Right down there with Russia, China, NK.
One reason why US has fallen and will keep falling on the freedom index.
The kraken got released and it boomeranged back on her
But he agreed to Kushner as his handler—and Kushner put all those subverters into his admin.
Not so much was really unintended IMO.
What a frickin mess his “team” made of it. Krackens, Venezuelan server farms, SWAT raids in Germany, everything EXCEPT the ballot box stuffing and signature verification.
I think there were moles in Trumps team pointing them AWAY from where the problems were, and deliberately sending them down rabbit holes.>>> Agreed and i love him but Mike Lindell is technologically challenged as most of the lawyers that went after the machines. Machines don’t commit fraud. never went after the people counting and double counting mail in ballots. even after Paxton’s lawsuit that has a lot of the detail in what happened in PA.
Oh I stand corrected. So I’ll go back to an earlier comment. Whats Omarosa up to? Does she have a law degree? Maybe she got one from Trump University and can jump in and help. After all, she’s one of ONLY THE BEST PEOPLE that he hired.
No details on what she pleaded guilty of doing. Hope she didn’t lie about herself to stay out of jail.
He hires lawyers when he needs lawyers. When the entire Deep State is against you (because you are their only real threat), it's kind of hard to find lawyers you can trust from the white-shoe firms.
BTW, which candidate are you supporting for president? How's he doing lately? Polling above 10%?

Yes because it makes so much sense for Kushner to sabotage the trump brand and all his in-laws.
Not defending what they were saying made a lot of “voting machine” bastards really, really rich. Idiots. It took me months to decide that a lot of what these idiots were preaching was probably right. I refused to believe them right out of the box because they all were blowing smoke and hoping somebody else would do something about their accusations.
> Lawfare can financially break innocent people. <
The process is itself a punishment.
“Because he is the WORST client ever!! He won’t shut the F*** up!! What do lawyers tell their clients? Be quiet. Don’t talk. If you talk, it can be used against you.”
To some extent that’s true. But he’s a New York brawler. And he wasn’t going to just sit there in silence while he’s eviscerated in the media because his lawyers are pantywaist, go-along types.
I would respond the same way, seeing all the leaks to the media and then hearing some lawyer say “don’t respond, be quiet” I would be like “F that!”
Anyone who didn’t realize she was a flake when she started Witt that kraken crap wasn’t paying attention.
“required to testify at future trials”
That could lead to some very shocking cross examinations. Sometimes the truth surfaces in strange ways.
EC
What are the odds Trump will get himself into further trouble over the gag order that was issued
He can’t stop himself and will say something the judge will warn him to stop, he won’t stop and could get held for contempt of court
The DOJ over-charges then bankrupts the defendant before finally forcing them to accept a plea bargain. They do this time and time again against conservataives. Meanwhile, HRC and those who created the Russian/Trump collusion criminal conspiracy are feted in the media, awarded high paying jobs, and go free as a bird.
She might be pleading no contest, which historically was not the same as pleading guilty. Today, the distinction has become blurred. No contest does not admit guilt, just that the prosecutor can likely make a case. It can be attacked collaterally on constitutional grounds, or later discovered evidence, etc.
