If by some miracle Jordan does get elected speaker, perhaps they should consider defunding AF2 (Harris plane) so they have to fly together...Why not be optimistic?
If Menendez resigned and another RAT Sen. left office in some way, Chuck Grassley would overtake birdbrain Murray.
With a demented POTATUS en route to Israel, succeeded by Heels Up Harris, it is imperative that we have a GOP buffer between everyone that follows. This is the primary reason that Matt Gaetz’ overthrow of the Speaker was short-sighted and boneheaded.

Here is how the game is played in DC. The US House GOP is told “oh you have to only pass bills that the Senate will vote for and the White House will sign”.
The result is the House GOP consistently passes hard Left Democrats Legislation to “get things done”. The Democrat get all the political benefits while the GOP gets all the blame from the voters. This game has got to stop being played by the GOP. This is a chance to do that.
This is a chance for the GOP to start actively using the power of the US House to say “You want something done Senate? You want something done White House? Here is what we passed. Either vote for it or reject it. We have done our job.”
