I agree with your analysis. I don’t want anyone from the current leadership. I was wondering earlier today how all those in leadership positions can be replaced. While Jordan isn’t the idea choice for Speaker, I’m fairly positive that he would seek legislation that is to the right of anything McCarthy has pushed. But imagine a majority whip that simply doesn’t whip on those bills. The result won’t be much different than what we had under McCarthy.

It’s a nice thought but it’s unlikely that DJT will find the time to become the Speaker. Court trials, running for President... He’s got a lot on his plate.
The American Conservative Union ranks Jordan at 100% for the last 2 years
I don’t see an alternative but at this point I don’t hold out much hope that Jim Jordan will be any different than Trey Gowdy or others that have been floated as “true conservatives” when it comes to anything but words.

Gatez rubs me the wrong way as a person. His personality just grates with me. So does Trump. However I got to admit they have given us more and bigger wins then we seen in decades.

To many here are more concerned with table manners and who would be the best Sunday School teacher rather than results.
