Thought Congress controlled the purse strings.
A dentist has to buy between $25K-$35K in supplies the first year of dental school. This was according to my dentist who is now in his mid forties. He said that his first year at Boston University was $75K. It went down from there. This was about twenty years ago.
This is why it costs $350+ for filling now and $1500+ for a crown.
I don't support bailouts, but I didn't support sending their jobs out of the country to save a few pennies either. The latter situation is in many ways a result of the former. In this case, it was true that what goes around comes around.
As far as I'm concerned, the free traitors can add this to the cost of those Chicom made paint brushes they saved $.10 on.
It will be tolerated every time it’s done. After all, whose going to stop it?
I’m going to bet President Retard doesn’t have the authority to pull this crap.

It's insane to redistribute my taxpayer money to government hand-picked groups (such as "engineers"). I can give you a million different reasons why that's the case but here's just one: Say that engineer who gets your "free" $72K government check already has a net worth that's 10 times mine, in part because I fully paid off my student loans. Why is our government taking my taxpayer money and redistributing it to some engineer who's already worth 10X more than me? There are so many other obvious reasons it's obviously the wrong thing to do -- which is exactly why the Democrat pResident Biden's handlers are doing it. Nothing Democrats do ever makes any sense at all, so I'm surprised you think it's a good idea to hand out free government checks to anyone with an "engineering" degree. Once you start hand-picking select groups to get free government handouts it never ever ends ... SEE Biden Administration's $127,000,000,000.00 (so far) in free government checks to pay off student loans. It's not ending ... another $9,000,000,000.00 today ... and it will never end.
No free government handouts of my taxpayer money ... not even for "engineers."
Here's another obvious reason (based on pure fact): I know someone who I can almost guarantee is worth far more than anyone on this forum who recently got correspondence from the government saying that their approx. $50K in student loans has been totally forgiven. You may ask, If they're so rich, why didn't they pay off their $50K student loan? Great question. Well, some people, even though they're super-rich are also very careful with their finances. Why pay off an extremely low-cost student loan when it's free money they can use to make additional investments in real estate opportunities, private equity, etc. $50K here, $50K there, rinse-repeat, and you've got another block of low-cost money to invest elsewhere at far higher returns. Only they never expected to suddenly receive a free $50,000.00 government hand-out check which they clearly don't need: "Thanks for the free $50,000.00 handout, Moron Biden!"
But actually, pResident Biden's handlers are not that dumb. You can bet Biden's staff did the calculations to confidently determine the recipients of that free $50K government handout check were likely to be swayed to show up in November 2024 and Vote Biden. Give the free $50K (or $72K) government checks to those citizens who likely didn't vote in 2020, or who likely are "fed up" with President Trump, or are likely undecided: "Wow, that free $72,000.00 check from pResident Biden is awesome -- I've just decided I'm going to Vote Biden in 2024!" (That's how politics works. I'm very surprised that some freepers still don't get this.)
So that's yet another of the million different reasons why it's asinine for the government to redistribute taxpayer money from citizen X and freely give it away to citizen Y (even if citizen Y is an "engineer"). Like I said, a million different reasons, and that's reason #937,291. If you want the other 999,999 reasons, just ask.
