Just a few days ago, Grovelnor Gruesome made a few public statements about Kalifornia progressives ‘going to far.’ One of his comments had to do with Homelessness. Gruesome will keep funding all his friends and co-conspirators in the vast Homeless Industrial Complex, and take his own 10%, no doubt.

The anti-2nd Amendment Lobby will no doubt fund his ‘non-campaign’ for the Oval Office. He keeps denying he is running.

Re: Kalifornia voted for Gruesome - Kalifornia is the model the Hussein / Biden Regime used in 2020. In Kalifornia, 3 minutes after the polls closed, Gruesome announced that he had won. There were still millions of ballots to still be counted, but the fix was in. Kalifornia is completely vote by mail. Every ‘election’ there are thousands of ‘drop boxes’ for the official, and unofficial, ballot stuffers.

It is not who votes that counts, it is who counts the votes.

Can you do basic math, Newbie?

How many Dems are in the California delegation?
How many Repubs are in the California delegation?

They didn’t all cheat their way in.

California is a solid Dem State because that’s what the vast majority of California voters want.

Period.

What pray tell, is a gun safety law? That's like enacting a prostitute cleanliness law?!

A gun is supposed to be as dangerous as death itself. That's the whole point!

In this case, the strategy appears also to use the civil courts to bankrupt the firearms industry.

And not just in California. Many of these provisions will be first used against firms in other states whose products are sold in California.

Should be easy to mark today’s date and track the rise of crimes committed with a gun.

I bet it spikes - but Vegas is smart enough to not give odds on that bet!

A church is not a public place; being open to the public is not the same as being publicly owned. They can allow or not allow people to carry.

"Governor Newsom signs nearly 2 dozen gun safety laws"

Nearly two dozen gun safety laws is déjà vu of lengthy, unreadable, unconstitutional federal spending bills imo, Newsom's laws possibly intended to weaponize legal system against pro-2nd Amendment patriots.

On the other hand, Newsom isn't the main problem with unconstitutional (imo) gun-control laws any more than Biden is imo.

In other words, unconstitutional state and federal government laws are being forced on us for the same basic reason imo. More specifically, the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments are refusing to do their constitutionally enumerated duties to remove anti-constitutional republic elected and appointed officials from office.

Failure to impeach and remove from office, and stubborn refusal to use 14th Amendment power to stop state abridgment of constitutionally enumerated protections come to mind.

This is why both Democratic and Republican Trump supporters need to support hopeful Trump 47 by effectively "impeaching and removing" ALL state and federal lawmakers and executives from office, except for MTG, Gaetz (and others?), by primarying them in 2024.

Thank you for posting Retain Mike.

"What is interesting is that they are enforced until the court overturns them. Then a new group of equally egregious laws are passed to continue the cycle."

Consider the following observation from at least as far back as the early 1800s.

"If it were, in fact, an unconstitutional exercise of power in congress to pass a law establishing the bank, nothing can manifest the impropriety of over-stepping the limits of the constitution, more than the act which we have just noticed. It shows that the most unauthorised acts of government may be drawn into precedents to justify other unwarrantable usurpations [emphasis added]." —Article 1, Section 8, Clause 6, St. George Tucker, Blackstone's Commentaries 1:App. 262--64, 1803.

Note that activist judges are probably as guilty as anybody of violating the following federal law, brought to our attention by Freeper marktwain.

"Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death."

May not be enough? It will never be enough for you and your ilk, Gruesome. Throw the book at people who use guns or any other weapon offensively while committing murder, robbery, carjacking, assault, intimidation, kidnapping, rape, or general mayhem.

Apply the laws already on the books, and the problem will be seriously reduced. But that’s not what it’s about, is it?

“Unconstitutional Lawfare by the left at an industrial scale. They know this crap won’t stand, but until it’s slapped down, they’re going to enforce it. Then, there will be no penalty for their grievous blatant disregard of the law and God given rights.”

Therein lies the problem. Libtards don’t believe in God so therefore, there’s no such thing as God given rights.

Thanks for posting that Fresno Sheriff video!

He knows, all LEO's know that it's all about civilian disarmament, not holding criminals accountable because that would be racist or something.
