Romney left that office with 34% approval and it flipped to the Democrats.

Chris Christie would be jealous of those numbers.

How Romney became known as one of the great statesmen politicians of our time and the GOP Presidential candidate has always been a mystery to me.

***************

I don’t get it either.

Apparently, getting blown out by Obama gave him some ‘street cred’ with the deep state.

Dozens of Republican lawmakers in Utah have thrown their support behind a likely challenger to Utah Republican Sen. Mitt Romney.

The Republican senator has faced declining poll numbers in the state and already has a primary challenger in the form of Riverton Mayor Trent Staggs. Romney has not announced his intent to seek reelection.

Should he do so, he may face a formidable opponent in Speaker of the House Brad Wilson, who has formed a committee to explore a Senate bid against him, Fox News reported.

He knows he isn’t going to win. His ego will not allow him to be embarrassed, in what would be a very public primary.

Romney serves at Deep State’s pleasure.

Deep State is displeased with Romney.

It’s that simple.

Before he lost to Obama, how did a failed one-term Massachusetts governor become the GOP candidate and become known as the party leader and an elder statesman for so many years?

There is even that little-remembered “Bloody Thursday” in the 2012 primary that was mystifying.

Good question, I’ll have to look into it.

I voted for another candidate in the primary and never paid attention to Romney again, until he pulled his dickhead impeachment antics.

How many times do we have to read about our so-called “leaders”. They are NOT leaders rather, they are REPRESENTATIVES. This asshole Romney is part of the problem, a “go-along-to-get-along” piece of shit. Good riddance!!!!
