I’m guessing that it may, at least crudely. I might just ask our local NWS Office - they are pretty responsive to inquiries, usually.
They also have a couple writers of their “Forecast Discussions” that are a bit less staid than some other NWS Offices. Most offices’ statements are, well, more like typical gov’t verbage. Not ours. Especially when describing our humidity. One forecaster likes to use the word “disgusting” when the dewpoint gets above 75 deg. or so in the summer. Another prefers “insufferable”, esp. if we get near 80. Somehow, I don’t think those “discussions” are generated by AI!
Exactly comparing whitmer the clown makeup artist to Desantis is like comparing Trump to Obiden. The boss, best president ever, to Obamas lackey. Dems are losers our guys winners.
gotcha thanks very much.
Thanks for the update!
Ha! Clown makeup artist. So true! Whitmer reminds me of The Joker. She has scary eyes too. Reveal the darkness in her soul.
not anymore unfortunately.
The hurricane awning flies faster and higher and further than those other cheap brands.
Could be a sign...
After the roof damage from Hurricane Milton I decided to take your advice and go with a white metal roof. The roofers are doing the work right now. It is a difficult job because the house is two stories with a 6/12 pitch roof with four intersecting wings. So it is high and a steep roof. The roof area was right at 5,000 sq ft so It is going to take some time. It is at day two right now and work is being done to work around predicted rain to dry in sections around the weather rain forecast (like tomorrow). No metal up yet, just Peal & Stick on the largest wing of the house.
How are you doing with recovery from the storms? As I recall you had water damage and trees down, but that was before Milton.
Regards,
MC
Recovery here is slow. Downstairs is still stripped to the studs. Yard is naked with all the trees gone. Gonna be a hot summer without shade trees. Still waiting on fence and gates to be repaired/replaced. Patience is the rule. The local workers have earned their keep through the holidays. Expect improved labor availability beginning next year.
