Smart thinking on Trump’s part.
Yup, that’s pretty secret.
That’s a great idea before libtards try to illegally steal his property
I’m sure the liberals would be outraged, that Trump would do this. See if this story gains traction. And then see if the liberals claim Trump doing this is somehow an admission of guilt, and/or a way around having assets seized.
Secretly?
Should he have held a presser? Who does that?
LOL
Shhhh! It’s a secret.
Donnie Jr ... soon to be named a co-conspirator by some Democrat District Attorney somewhere.
Secretly? Who was he supposed to tell that he didn’t ?
Nothing wrong with that. I highly doubt that Trump, Sr. has the time to defend himself in multiple trials, run for President and run a business. Mar-a-Lago is a business and has always been. It’s also a fundamental part of estate planning. People make the same decisions at his age, although not at the same scale. I certainly have and I am younger than Trump.
So what? News cycle hurting for news I guess.
Just a tiny bit of bias in the story. What percentage of Zillow listings provide the business name of a property?
Sounds more like Trump Sr. needed some liquid money to me.
Doesn’t sound too secret to me...sad that President Trump has to do these things...
So, what, it is called estate planning. Lot’s of seniors do it, maybe not in Florida, but with Democrats in charge, estate planning is important no matter you live.
It’s rather big news, considering the property is considered the face of Trump Sr.
Now he’s just another tennant, legally.
That may have been more to do with the NY defamation civil case verdict than any of the criminal indictments or arrests. However, it was not a wise move because of the UVTA (Uniform Voidable Transfers Act) which says if you dispose of real or personal property with knowledge of likelihood of a judgment against you or if there is a monetary judgment against you already, and you sell it for less than market value, (basically to hide the asset from creditors) the judgment creditor can undo the sale and auction off the property to help satisfy the judgment. UVTA used to be called the “Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act.”
“And then see if the liberals claim Trump doing this is somehow an admission of guilt, and/or a way around having assets seized.”
It is a way around having assets seized, but it is also an admission, not of guilt, but of zero confidence in our corrupt legal system.
It's nobody's damn business who any individual sells private property to, be it a home, a pistol or rifle or car... screw 'em.
