I agree with you. Should supply urine to determine he is clean.

h/t nauti nurse for post upthread great summation about what’s happening

NY TImes:

Judge Noreika quickly punctured that assertion when she asked a prosecutor,
Leo Wise, if the Biden investigation was “ongoing.” He replied “yes,” adding
that if Biden’s team thought otherwise, “then there’s no deal.”

From the start, the judge seemed highly skeptical of the unusual deal — which
offered Hunter Biden broad immunity from prosecution in perpetuity,
questioning why it had been filed under a provision that gave her no legal
authority to reject it. When she asked Leo Wise, a prosecutor, if there was any
precedent for the kind of deal being proposed, he replied, “No, your honor.”

CNN--
US District Judge Maryellen Noreika called the deal federal prosecutors
reached with Hunter Biden for his gun possession offense “unusual.”

She said the deal — in which Biden would enter the diversion program to
resolve the charge — contains some "non-standard terms," such as "broad
immunity" from other potential charges.

"We don't usually make diversion agreements public," the judge said, referring
to the move by the parties to make that aspect of their agreement public and
discuss it in open court.

People running from the courthouse.

FNC reports: Judge will NOT accept plea agreement. Questions the constitutionality of the gun deal.

Griff reports that Hunter changed his plea to NOT GUILTY. Sounds like they are starting from scratch again. Get a urine drug test, and set a criminal trial date for Hunter stat.

NY Times:
Judge Maryellen Noreika has delayed a decision on whether to accept the plea
agreement between federal prosecutors and Hunter Biden — demanding that
the two sides make changes in the deal clarifying her role and insert language
that limits the broad immunity from prosecution offered to Biden on his
business dealings. Biden’s lawyers estimated it would take about two weeks.

After a grueling three-hour hearing, Hunter Biden entered a plea of not guilty
on the tax charges, which he will reverse if the two sides redo their agreement
to the judge’s satisfaction.
