Unfortunately the SCOTUS is kind of like a horse. She can lead them to the case, but she can’t make them take it.
Sadly, I agree, for we no longer have the rule of law.
Have you read her new book? Campaign challenges are barely mentioned so it isn’t like there is nothing else Lake can talk about. Besides if she is running for the Senate it won’t be a campaign to get back the governorship. She doesn’t even have that many legal avenues left to pursue.
