Maybe a visitor brought it. But Hunter is PO’d because the Secret Service found if first.
Kamala’s cocaine. She’s going to rehab. :)
That could have been a bag of pure fentanyl which if released into the air could have killed everyone in the building and contaminated the building for years.
I sure would not have liked that to happen....
FWIW, Dan Bongino said it had to be a Secret Service protectee. I.e, a Biden Family member.
Otherwise they would have caught the cocaine before it ever entered the compound.
There is no way this was left there by a tourist.
General public visitors to the West Wing have to apply online with ID info to schedule a visit, then go through several layers of Secret Service checks—first an outdoor booth where one’s SSN and driver’s licence are again cross-checked against a SecSvc database; then through a security building outside the West Wing with several modes of electronic detection. Visitors will have their phones, pockets and purses both scanned and gone through visually and manually, and will pass through a metal detector and a body wanding. There are no cubbyholes for belongings—even any pedestrian weapons like a penknife or pepper spray will simply be confiscated. Visitors are issued digital ID tags. All this in the security building before ever reaching the West Wing.
Onward across a small street inside the WH grounds to the surprisingly small scale West Wing lobby. It looks like a church office lobby, or a doctor’s or lawyer’s office, with carpets, upholstered traditional furniture and framed art, and a low ceiling. More guards, secret service personnel and a reception desk are immediately inside the door. Tags are checked digitally. There are no cubbyholes anywhere in sight if a visitor is just there for a tour.
Cubbyholes are used in some adjacent areas outside of various WH offices, and in other government buildings outside of meeting rooms, where sensitive information is part of the day’s business. Employees or participants in secure meetings must lock their cellphones or other personal digital equipment away in these compartments, which presumably prevent wireless transmission.
Therefore, if a cubbyhole was involved, most likely the visitor was neither random nor general public; but someone whose presence there was fully, digitally documented. Even a family member of the WH residence probably has trackers on his or her person, and would be especially noticed coming or going at any ingress/egress portal.
There can be no way the person who dropped the bag of blow was not immediately identified, and the event cross-checked against massive available SecretSvc data already collected.
They’re just not going to tell us what we already strongly suspect.
To be fair, any number of Biden’s staff is probably walking around with coke in their pockets.
